       4.  What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by bank transfer or cheque.

       5.  When can I expect my order?

Delivery to mainland UK -    we expect you to receive your goods within 1 week if in stock.
Delivery to Europe -    we expect you to receive your goods within 1 week if in stock.

       6.  What is your delivery policy?

You will be advised of the delivery charge when you place your order. Large orders will be transported via our contracted delivery company. Smaller orders may be delivered by a parcel service. We will contact you directly when all larger items are to be dispatched to arrange a suitable delivery day. All goods delivered need to be signed for at time of delivery. We take care to ensure all deliveries are dispatched to schedule. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays incurred after items have left ourselves.

       7.  What if my delivery contains damaged goods?

We try to ensure through careful packing and a reputable delivery company that your order reaches you in perfect conditions, however on rare occasions items sustain minor damage during transportation or contain a manufacturer's defect. We recommend that all goods be inspected for damage on receipt and should you discover a problem you should notify the delivery driver immediately.

We will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.

       8.  What is your warranty policy?

All of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty of 12 months. Further details on manufacturer's warranties will generally be attached when you receive your items. If you are unsure as to the warranty on your item, contact the Hunter stoves direct. Your statutory rights are not affected.

       9.  Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order at anytime up until you receive your confirmed delivery date. You will not be charged for cancelling your order. Orders cancelled after this time may incur a maximum of 25 cancellation fee to cover our administration costs. We will send you a refund for the full amount minus any cancellation fee incurred and deposit.

       10.  What if I am unable to take delivery of my order when it is ready?

As outlined earlier, on all larger orders we will contact you to arrange a date convenient for delivery. If you are unable to take delivery at that time we will store your items free of charge until a suitable delivery date can be arranged.
